Coach Rhoades is entering his 23rd year of high school coaching in the Indianapolis area.  He was previously the Head Varsity Coach at Mt Vernon High school for 5 years which included 2 sectional championships.  Coach Rhoades was selected by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association as a State Coach of the Year at the conclusion of the 2022 season.  He was also selected to coach the Indiana Junior All Star team during the summer of 2022.

 

Coach Rhoades has also held assistant coaching positions at Ben Davis, Franklin Central, and Perry Meridian.  As an assistant, his teams have won 3 additional sectional championships and he was the varsity assistant for the 2017 State Champion Ben Davis Giants.
