Southport Boys Basketball has several ways to get involved with hoops this season.
We are committed to developing a love for the game of basketball through skill development, sportsmanship, and competition.
Southport Future Cards Travel
Upcoming 24-25 SFCT Tryouts
Our goal is to get all SFTCT travel teams formed by Fall Break. We realize with fall sports it is difficult to find a time to get all kids a chance to tryout, we will do our best to take a look at any athlete that feels they have the fundamentals and skills to be on the Southport Future Cards Travel Program. We have closed our 6th Grade tryouts, if you would still like to tryout please contact Ben Danner. All teams will be released over Fall Break on our website. The following grades still have tryouts posted for this upcoming week.

An opportunity for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders to represent the Southport Future Cards Travel teams against other local schools. Teams of 8-10 players are selected after tryouts based on fundamental skills level, attitude, effort, and experience.

All players selected will compete in our SYBL this winter and attend additional practices throughout the week, play games, and play in tourneys on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the winter season.
An additional fee of $150 will be charged for a travel team jersey, warm up top, and cover the cost of entry fees for tourneys. Fees collected throughout the season.

SYBL Late Registration Until October 6th
SYBL Late Registration & Evaluation will be held on Monday, October 9th at 6:00 pm Southport High School. If you haven't attended an evaluation please plan on attending this event. You may also register in person at the SYBL evaluation.
